Stencled started with a simple observation: tattoo artists are running real businesses with Instagram DMs, Google Forms, paper consent waivers, and memory. The tools exist — they're just not built for this.
I've sat in the chair enough times to watch incredibly talented artists spend half their time managing logistics that should be invisible. Chasing healed photos. Sending the same aftercare email over and over. Rebuilding their booking form every season. Explaining to a client for the third time where to show up and what to bring.
Stencled is my attempt to fix that. Not with a generic small-business tool that technically works, but with something built specifically for how tattoo artists actually run their business — flash listings, booking pipelines, healed photo collection, client microsites, the whole thing.

This isn't a marketplace. We don't sit between you and your client. You pay a flat fee for the platform and that's it.
We're currently in early access, onboarding artists personally. No mass rollout — every artist who joins gets direct attention during setup and their feedback shapes what gets built next.
